1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
This policy has been prepared to define the rights, responsibilities, procedures, and fundamental HR practices of the employees of Dizayn Etiket San. Tic. A.Ş. It covers all contractual and full-time employees.
2. FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES
- Equality, integrity, transparency, and respect for human rights are essential.
- We provide fair opportunities to all our employees.
- The development and contributions of our employees are supported.
- All HR practices are carried out in compliance with applicable legal regulations.
3. PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT
- Recruitment: Candidate evaluation processes are conducted based on objective criteria. All newly hired employees participate in an orientation program.
- Termination of Employment: Employees may resign by submitting a resignation letter. The exit process and all handover procedures are managed by Human Resources.
- Probation Period: A probation period of 2 months is applied for new hires.
4. WORKING CONDITIONS AND COMPENSATION
- The weekly working time is 45 hours.
- Overtime work is only performed with written approval.
- Salaries are paid monthly via bank transfer.
- Fringe benefits such as transportation and meals are determined according to the employee’s department.
5. LEAVE POLICIES
- The right to annual paid leave begins after completing 1 year of employment.
- Statutory leaves (marriage, birth, bereavement, etc.) are granted in accordance with the Labor Law.
- All leaves are recorded using a “Leave Form”.
6. TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
- An annual training plan is created each year based on performance evaluations.
- All internal and external trainings are recorded and their effectiveness is measured.
7. PERFORMANCE AND CAREER MANAGEMENT
- A performance evaluation system based on goals and competencies is implemented.
- Employees who perform above expectations are included in the talent pool.
- A performance-based reward system is in place.
8. EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION
- A satisfaction survey is conducted at least once a year.
- Improvement actions are planned for areas identified as weak.
9. DISCIPLINARY APPROACH
- Disciplinary processes are carried out in a fair, transparent, and documented manner.
- Progressive disciplinary actions such as warnings, written notices, and termination are applied.
- The right of defense is valid for all employees.
10. ETHICAL PRINCIPLES
- Accepting gifts, gaining personal benefits, discrimination, harassment, and corruption are strictly prohibited.
- All employees are obliged to act with integrity, confidentiality, and corporate loyalty.
